Lynn O'Hara is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in individual and group therapy. She specializes in Self-Empowerment and Intuitive Eating, and maintains a private practice in Middletown, New Jersey.

With 30 years experience as a Registered Dietitian and 15 years as a Licensed Psychotherapist specializing in Internal Family Systems therapy, I am currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are disordered eating, compulsive eating issues and weight loss, as well as trauma, depression, anxiety and Women's Mid-Life Issues.

I am an interactive, Internal Family Systems therapist. My therapeutic approach is to work with any blocks that are getting in the way of a client reaching his or her goals. In addition, if needed, past wounds and the beliefs that are built from them are examined and changed and healed. I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
